At Smart Cookies, we pride ourselves on offering long term educators who are committed to building warm, respectful, responsive relationships with the children. They build upon the diverse cultural backgrounds of each child, whilst promoting the child’s sense of identity.
It is Smart Cookies Early Learning Centre’s aim to maintain a happy and resourceful working environment for our team of educators, with on-going training, support and development. Many of our educators are also bilingual and can offer additional support to families and children where English is their second language.
Our trained and experienced educators offer care and educational programs incorporating the National Early Years Learning Framework. Our educators have been trained in the new Early Years Learning Framework and use this framework as a guide for the development of your child’s curriculum, and portfolio documentation.
Our curriculum incorporates individual and family interests to that ensure that every child receives the most individualised care and learning experiences possible.
